Nicci Morris

School Improvement, Safeguarding, SEND, Schools Learning Alliance Lead

Nicci has had an extensive career in leadership and school improvement. She has been a long standing headteacher before joining the executive team at the Orchard Learning Alliance as a School Support Partner.  Her areas of interest and expertise include ensuring the best start in life for children in the early years, quality SEND provision and the teaching of early reading. As a literacy specialist for the DFE she spent time in schools raising achievement in reading. Nicci is the co-founder of a successful collaboration of schools focussed on school improvement, the Schools Learning Alliance which is a school led improvement system. Nicci is currently working towards the National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership.
