Shelley Cook

Shelley is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who began her Finance career as an auditor with Ernst and Young (now EY), working with insurance firms and pension funds. She developed a passion for non-for-profit organisations and moved to work in the education sector in 2016.  Shelley worked for a standalone SEN school before joining an Oxfordshire MAT as their Financial Controller. Shelley oversaw Trust growth and finance process improvement and was promoted to CFO in 2021. Shelley joined Orchard Learning Alliance in November 2023 and is responsible for the Trust Finance and HR functions.
