Nikki Street

Nikki was appointed as the Safeguarding Lead for the Orchard Learning Alliance in September 2024 and splits her time between the Orchard Learning Alliance and Waingels where she is a Deputy Headteacher. Nikki is an experienced school leader with specialisms in SEND/Inclusion, Behaviour and Safeguarding. Nikki is a qualified SENCo and alongside an expansive career in mainstream education settings, Nikki has worked as a school leader in a pupil referral unit (PRU). She has recently completed work with Wokingham local authority to support consistency and development of Fair Access Panel protocol (FAPP) and Off-site direction and fixed term transfer processes across the borough.
